Maintenance Technician (Maryland Heights, MO 63146) American Radiolabeled Chemicals, Inc. (ARC) is seeking a maintenance technician for its facility in Maryland Heights, MO and privately-owned residential properties in the surrounding areas. The hours for this position will be mostly Monday-Friday, some weekend days may be required as needed. Qualified candidate should have standard maintenance skills, such as electrical, heating and A/C, light carpentry, drywall, plumbing, landscaping, and painting experience. Experience with lab equipment repair and electrical equipment repair is a huge plus. Duties will include light carpentry, light drywall, and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks. This position may also involve cleaning, such as standard day-to-day cleaning of the offices, restrooms, common areas, lunchrooms, and labs, as well as cleaning dishes and lab glassware, taking out the trash, etc. Candidate will also assist with decontamination of hot waste.
