GOT A NEED, A NEED FOR LEAD. Drummer and Bassist/Singer looking for a lead guitarist to fill out our pop rock trio. Goal: Gig out 6-12 times a year. We both have lives beyond music. Play fun, upbeat music that'll get butts moving. Plan: Practice on own, learning 5-6 songs a week. Get together once a week to put it together. Have around 40 songs ready to play out this summer. About us: Drummer is in early 30's, solid rock styled. I play bass and sing. 47 year old teacher. We practice in Edwardsville, IL. We keep it super simple with gear. The setlist is not carved in stone. These are suggestions based on what I can sing, and open to change. We are super chill, no drama. This is for fun, not too serious. However, we both practice, learn our songs, and show up. Looking for: Lead guitarist. Versatile. No need for a pro, just somebody who can play the types of songs on the list. Chill but reliable.
