General Labor Job description: Able to use construction machinery and equipment as indented Assist crew leader with the construction of unique projects Follow and adhere to Artcraft Eco Panel Crafters LLC safety procedures and techniques Keep the worksite clean and safe Follows project instructions from foreman or superintendent Ensures regulated and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn Follows all health and safety policies and regulations including company policies, OHSA and MSHA Operates hand and power tools of all types to complete daily tasks Unloads tools prepares site materials, sets up equipment, and general job site organization Cleans and clears debris and hazardous materials Loads, or identify materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications and according to prescribed safety features Operates heavy equipment Requirements: EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: One (1-3) year minimum of verifiable experience in Construction (Commercial Glazing, Millwork, or Cabinetry) A high school diploma or GED preferred 1 years construction verifiable knowledge Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to a daily work schedule is required Basic skills in Microsoft Office Good Math Skills Excellent organizational skills required Valid driver’s license and Utility transportation to the job site Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Follow directions from a supervisors Understand and follow work rules and procedures Accept constructive feedback Team player with a strong work ethic Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work full-time outdoors in the heat and cold; the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment that may be in excess of 50 pounds.
