Do you take pride in your hard work and making customers happy? **We provide all installation materials** **Seeking crew sizes of 2-4 team members** Job Responsibilities -Loading products and materials at our warehouse -Providing Nex-Gen customers the highest level of customer experience -Pre-walk and Pre-measure prior to demo and install -Install windows and doors per manufacturer specs and building code compliant -Maintain a neat an orderly job site -Conduct a walk-thru and inspection of the finished product with the customer(s) -Complete final paperwork with customers Job Requirements -3+ years of proven experience installing windows and doors -Reframing openings and small siding/stucco repairs a plus -Provide and maintain required insurance -Must have your own tools -Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with customers -Communicate with our Field and Office staff of any challenges -Ability to safely transport our products and materials to the job-sites with your own truck and/or trailer -Lead safe certified
