Stock + Grain Assembly is a 12,000 square foot food hall opening in the heart of High Point’s revitalized downtown district. Featuring nine unique food concepts from local artisans and two bars, it will be the epicenter of energy and community in the district. To deliver an exceptional customer experience we need to marry great food, beverage and entertainment with an impeccably maintained facility. We are looking for an individual who will take personal pride in ensuring the facility is maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and function. This Facility Supervisor will be a working manager responsible for hiring, scheduling and supervising our facility crew members. Are you a go-getter? Maintain impeccable organization and cleanliness of designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc) 2. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities 3. Manage relationships with vendors and schedule routine maintenance (including hood cleaning services, pest control, waste management, etc) 4. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects 5. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs 6. Make adjustments and minor repairs 7. Manage inventory of cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance supplies 8. Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling new facilities crew members 9. Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements : 1. Must be passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry with a willingness to learn 2. Minimum two to three years of relatable experience 3. Strong customer service and managerial skills 4. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of night, days, weekends and holidays 5. Ability to keep the common areas organized, stocked, and clean 6. Trustworthy and reliable 7.
