Looking for Guitar Player

We are a well-established, gigging band looking for a well-rounded, diverse and fluid guitar player. We are schooled, experienced, Pro players and we need a spirited guitarist who can interpret music on a high level. We are all about 50ish and this band Rocks, so we are looking for similar. The band is very, R&B, Funky groove centered in most everything we play. All dance music. Mostly covers and some original music. We need a rhythmic player that can play melodic, strong leads. If you are new to town and looking for a good band, please contact us. We will most always change arrangements of songs and make them our own. We play material like classic R&B (Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers), Motown (Marvin Gaye), Soul (Otis Redding), Funky Blues (Luther Ellison, Oli Brown, Govt. Mule), Rock (Beatles, Hendrix) and more Contemporary Rock/Pop (Incubus, Los Lobos, Lenny Kravitz). But we stamp all with our sound. We are not your typical cover band, with our own sound. We also write a good amount. So we need a creative guitar player familiar with alternate chord voicings. The band is very tight. We rehearse once a week in our studio in Ashland. We have gigs booked at wineries and clubs through the end of the year. We cannot consider anyone playing in other bands, sorry. This is a one band commitment.
