ADESA Portland has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Manager to be a part of our team. Our clients are primarily large fleets and dedicated commercial customers. While our repairs run the spectrum of body and paint work, the majority of our customers are known to us, and their repairs are characteristically lighter than the typical shop which affords our technicians the opportunity to benefit from this lighter load. We have great techs who enjoy a high volume of consistent work from large repeat fleet customers. The majority of our staff has been with us for many years, retention that we believe is driven by a dedication to good people and a work atmosphere that shows appreciation for their employees. Experience in the following areas is helpful: Collision shop management, damage estimating, technician support, including both body technicians and paint technicians, production management, parts procurement, collision repair and quality control. Prior experience with CCC1 and Mitchel systems is helpful. An individual with the ability to collaborate with us as we expand reconditioning capacity to meet future customer needs is valuable as we are expecting to increase exponentially this year.
