Looking for a Superintendent for a 91 unit apartment building in Passaic, NJ. Job- Personal must know basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry, and handyman work. Job experience in all aspects of building maintenance. Superintendent will have a residence in the building; 2 bedroom apartment (the cost of apartment is built into your pay, so no cost to you). Position includes salary, rent free apartment, utilities, 401K, & health coverage. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm. Must be able to communicate well in English.
