Description
I’m a natural introvert and so walking up and starting a conversation can be painfully hard. I want to become more comfortable in the free weight section, working on RDL’s, hip thrust, cable machines, etc. The free weight section can be so intimidating! Looking for someone who isn’t a newbie and wouldn’t mind taking me under their wing and working out with me a couple of times to show me the ropes. Just having someone else who knows what they’re doing might not make it such an isolating experience.
Just a thought. Anyone interested?
