Looking for GC with crews for full rehab work on townhomes. These are low income housing rehab projects. The volume consists of 20-30+ townhomes already down to the studs that need to be rehabbed up to paint job ready to be put on the market. Some, not all need roofing, fencing replacement and/or repairs, concrete steps repaired/replaced, wood steps/decks replaced. All (NOT including HVAC system and ductwork) plumbing, electricity, flooring, drywall, cabinets, counters, etc are needed to be done. Photos of completed work up to our standard are available upon request. Please contact as soon as possible to meet for estimates. Licensed contractors are (highly desirable) recommended to pull permits. Good communication and professional attitude required.
