I have a few projects that will require the help of various kinds of skills. There are a few deck projects, and various other paver and hard scaping and back yard projects on the schedule also. I do not have anything to sub at this time, but there might be in the near future. Right now, I need HELPERS or CARPENTERS, OR MECHANICS WHO WANT A FAIR DAY RATE OR HOURY RATE. I WILL PAY ABPOVE AVERAGE RATES FOR ABOVE AVERAGE WORK, OR AVERAGE RATES FOR AVERAGE WORK. Please reply with your specific skill set or "sets" and tell me what your availability is. Depending on wether your are a "Helper" or a Professional Mechanic or Carpenter will determine what you get paid. Please describe your main trade and experience with some detail. One of the first projects I have pending is a paver leveling project (about 150 SF of Leveling) and then the whole 500 SF area needs to be re-"sanded" and brushed out. It should take a good "Paver guy" 8-12 Hours ( or so) to do this work so please let me know if this kind of finish work is in your wheel house. That project is in Phoenixville.
