We are looking for hard working and motivated individuals willing to install radon mitigation system in homes by running PVC pipe from the basement of home and venting out to the exterior. Digging to perimeter drain of home, sealing crawl spaces, and discharge pipes to proper height guidelines. Work is primarily in Colorado Spring, occasionally in Pueblo. Experience with hand tools and some home construction knowledge is preferred. Prior work experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus. We will train the right person. Will need to provide your own battery-operated tools (drill, impact driver, Sawzall) scissors, tape measure, drill bits and saw blades, etc. within the first 30 days of employment. Qualifications: - Reliable and on time - Ability to climb ladders - Ability to operate power tools: drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely - General home construction knowledge - Ability to work in tight spaces - Friendly and self-motivated - Clean driving record Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00AM – 4:00 PM, some Saturdays. Average work week is 28-32 hours when not working Saturdays.
