Lost black wallet between 66th-72nd & Madison

I lost my wallet between 66th and 72nd and Madison on the West side of the street at around 7pm ET on Monday, April 11. It fell out of my pocket. It has my college ID in it, immigration cards, and credit cards. There was no cash in it. Really would like to back, it means so much to me. It is black with an ID window that pops out. Not in great shape, really meaningful to me. First name within wallet is Justus. $400 reward (I need my immigration documents!).
