Seasonal Groundskeeper

The Alexander Company is looking for a Groundskeeper for the Spring, Summer, and Fall season at our Novation campus apartment communities located off of Rimrock Road. This role is responsible for maintaining the grounds; picking up trash, weeding and planting, light painting, carpet cleaning and helping the Maintenance Technician with other projects. Applicants must have a reliable source of transportation. Tools and supplies are provided. Hours are Monday-Friday with flexible start times between 6:30-8:30am. This position may work up to 40 hours per week with 3 paid holidays (memorial day, 4th of July, and labor day). This position will start as soon as possible and end in late October.
