Currently hiring for a full-time maintenance porter in charge of maintaining grounds with mowing, weed eating and general clean up. Assisting with basic general maintenance on work orders and make ready units. Assisting lead maintenance with moving A/C wall units and appliances. This position is 8-430 Monday through Friday with weekends off. Paid weekly every Friday. Off for major holidays. Experience with a zero-turn mower and minor maintenance helpful.
