Caretaker of a large house and property. We are looking for someone who can work independently. The job includes: Mainly outdoor work: - Yard work (mowing, plants, trees, watering) - Pool maintenance - House repairs - Anything else that arises. Maintenance needs of the: inside and outside of the house, of the property, and of the vehicles - Includes tracking maintenance work and times - Arranging for any work that needs to be done Interior work: - Keeping the house in good condition - Some cleaning and dishes when the home owners are there (4 to 5 months of the year) - Arranging for cleaning company for major cleans Large amount of the work is yard work.
