Our ideal Day Porter will have some experience in the customer service or janitorial industry and is comfortable interacting with clients. Job Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as defined by the scope of work. Cleaning tasks may include, but are not limited to: *Sweeping *Mopping *Cleaning/restocking restrooms *Dusting *Vacuuming *Trash and recycling removal *Light maintenance (changing light bulbs, etc.) *Promote and follow company and safety regulations and procedures *Respond appropriately to requests made by clients Recommended Qualifications *High school diploma or equivalent *Reliable transportation (may require travel between job sites) *Ability to work independently and without constant supervision *Good attendance record and ability to work a flexible schedule if needed *Strong customer service skills JNS offers a comprehensive health and benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance as well as paid time off and retirement benefits.
