About This Position Bindery Operator – Growth opportunity We’re seeking experienced bindery personnel to join our growing team. Successful candidate will know how to set up and operate folders, programmable cutters, saddle stitchers, and other misc bindery equipment. Bonus points if you have die cutting and/or folder gluer experience. Responsibilities: · Plan projects and set up folders, stitchers, programmable cutters and other misc bindery equipment. · Continually monitor quality and output to meet client and company standards. · Assist other operators as needed with bindery project work. · Inspect and maintain equipment to meet quality and safety standards. Expectations: · Support team members toward the accomplishment of company goals. · Work closely with team leaders to make recommendations for process improvement and other cost-saving and time-saving methods. · First and second shift opportunities available.
