FOUND SMALLER DOG - DTLA 7th St. Bridge

I found a smaller dog yesterday morning (4/11) on the 7th St. Bridge over the LA River in DTLA. No collar. Nearest cross streets are S. Santa Fe Ave + 7th St. I have confirmed that the dog is not microchipped, and it is currently safe with me and seems healthy. I am taking it to the vet today for a wellness check.
