Job Requirements Looking for someone with sheetrock experience, doing partial sheet repairs with spackling. I'm not looking for someone that can get it done, I will only use an individual that does it correctly with flat surfaces and with minimal sanding required. The property has about 20 areas needing repairs and closing off of openings. Once finished we can discuss other work we need to do for my customer,. No BURGLARY/THEFT or SEXUAL ASSAULT CONVICTIONS other from that you can have drug charges as long as you don't show up high, you can be on probation or parole in most cases. Pay is a minimum of $15 per hour but the faster you work while still maintaining quality the more you get paid. You can make $20 easily, show me what you can do before asking for more money. If you are a $15 an hour worker you might not work everyday, but if you are good I have a bunch of work. You need transportation to and from the work site, this project is near the dog track by I275 Tampa. First day you will get paid cash when you finish, after that you get paid on Fridays. It's best to bring lunch if possible but cold bottled water is available. We might work weekends so if you want as much as possible you can work with us but it's not mandatory for weekends. You don't need tools and dress attire is just to wear something appropriate.
