If this sounds like you, Trash Butler is seeking motivated individuals who own an insured open-bed pickup truck and share our pledge to excellent customer service combined with quality assurance. Benefit from working independently outdoors in an anxiety-free environment! No experience required; we will train the right person who meet the minimum requirements! Our “workout sessions” include: • Lifting up to 25lbs of bagged trash from each resident’s doorstep using a provided tote • Raising bagged trash into your open-bed pickup truck to transfer to the on-site compactor potentially above shoulder level • Climbing the stair stepper: 3-4 flights of stairs at apartment building • Walking throughout the assigned community • Bending and twisting at the waist In exchange for your hard work ethics, Trash Butler offers: • Daily Pay Option – Same Day pay!! • Paid opportunity to WORK-OUT • Performance based incentives related to compensation • Promotions supporting our company’s “Building Leaders” foundation • Employee Referral Program ranging from $250-$500 • Paid Training • Military veterans are welcome! • 401K program - Eligibility after 1 year of service & 1,000 hours worked 📅Schedule: Part time; work Sunday through Thursday evenings 🕗Hours: 8PM and typically ends around 10PM or until the job is done, some nights will be shorter, and some may be longer.
