BathMasters is a growing company with steady work and room to grow within the company. BathMasters is currently seeking to hire an experienced Punchout Carpenter. The Punchout Carpenter position requires a dependable and reliable person who takes pride in their work. Good communication and friendly relationship with the supervisors, customers and team members are a requirement! → BathMasters Punchout Carpenter Day to Day Tasks/Responsibilities: • Has the capability of handling any and all aspects of a residential remodeling punch-out • Carpentry Installation including fixtures/accessories • Framing • Drywall hanging & finishing (base/crown molding) • Assist with any phase of the job for timely completion → BathMasters General Requirements: • Minimum three to four years of experience of residential remodeling. • Valid driver’s license • Must own reliable transportation. (opportunity for company vehicle or $100/week gas/maintenance reimbursement) • Able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Pass a thorough background check. • Pass drug screen. • Pass hands on skills assessment. • Work has to be performed to code • Adhere to current rules and regulations to pass inspections. • Good communication and friendly relationship with the supervisor, customers and team members required from day one. → BathMasters Benefits: • Health insurance, vision and dental. • Opportunity for company vehicle OR $100/week for gas/maintenance for personal vehicle. • Six paid holidays per year • 401K retirement plans with 4% matching contribution. • One week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. • Top pay based on skills and experience.
