Chrysalis, a nonprofit headquartered in Los Angeles, is branching out into the IE. We are looking to hire 60 people for transitional employment with our Roads program, working alongside Caltrans. Duties and Responsibilities may include and are not limited to:  Perform street/highway maintenance and warehouse duties as needed, which may include, but are not limited to: o Sweeping, raking and/or removing leaves and other debris o Basic landscaping (e.g., pulling weeds, trimming shrubbery) o Maintaining equipment o Removing full liners & replacing in trash receptacles o Loading full trash bags into trash truck and/or dumpster o Removing graffiti and stickers; Relocating bulk items o Wiping down furniture (electric boxes, benches, etc.) o Interacting with, supporting, and serving customers with diplomacy and tact o Providing outstanding customer service  Maintain work environment (office, vehicle, restrooms) by sweeping, mopping, and performing other duties similar to those of a janitor
