STRIV Management offers property management services for Airbnb’s or Month to Month rentals in San Diego County. We have over 30 units Downtown, El Cajon, La Mesa and Mission Valley!
We would like to find an Operations Assistant to add to our team. You would be responsible for the operations for our Airbnb accounts and execute mostly hands on tasks (supply shopping, move ins/outs, furniture assembly, managing cleaners, walkthroughs, etc).
The schedule is flexible, we can accommodate your days off with other team members and you can also work additional days if you desire!
You will be expected to:
- Work with & Report to the General Manager & Operations Manager
- Communicate & Coordinate with Cleaners in a Professional but Friendly Manner
- Ensure your To Do list is up to date and all units have the needed supplies
- Purchase supplies and Furniture as needed
- Think Critically & Assist Guests with Any Issues they Might Have, contact Operations or General Manager when Needed
- Perform basic Maintenance Requests When Needed and Possible
- Assist with units Move-ins, Move-outs and Set up
Ideal Candidates:
- MUST be Available 9-5pm
- MUST have a valid Driver's License
- Team Player with the Ability to Think Critically, Problem Solve, & Work Independently
- Organized & Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Ability to Communicate Effectively Both in Writing & Verbally
- Well Versed with Technology, Especially Smart Phone
- Operations Management experience is a Plus but not Necessary
