need help with taking out trash

Hi, I live in Chula Vista and we need some help taking down a few bags of trash every two weeks (or at least just once this month for now). There is not a lot!! There is only like a few bags than can be easily taken out in minutes and the dumpster is right here, but we live up one flight of stairs and cannot walk right now due to disability. This one time there will be just a little extra trash. Hopefully to be done this week. We can pay a little. Also we are looking for someone to help w laundry but if right now if you can't. Please let me know, text and I'll get back soon.
