President Biden said 'THEY" won't let him go over to Ukraine (as Britain's leader Boris Johnson has done). Who is "THEY'? I thought the President made the decisions. If you need any more proof that Biden isn't in charge...and that he takes orders from the DEEP STATE....there it is. Biden/Harris are DUMB and DUMBER and Americans are paying the price for it.
