Seeking Bricklayers/Masons - medium skill+ - could turn full time

We are a small design + build firm that specializes in structural masonry residential homes, and we are looking to bring our masonry in-house and expand our crews. The more skilled, the better, but we are also very open to working with people with more limited masonry experience, if they are hard workers and willing to learn and work their way up. May need to start as a laborer, mixing mortar, prepping for bricklayers, etc, if lower skill. Pay will be dependent on skill. We'd have a 3 to 6 month trial period after which, we would turn you into a full time employee with W4 income if both parties want to continue. We are a young team, and a small and up-and-coming company, with lots of growth potential. We also work on really cool projects. Hard work and a good attitude is a must, though. Will need reliable transportation. Reasonable work hours. Generally speaking, 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday, only occasional weekends.
