PART TIME & FULL TIME Positions available. We are looking for help with basic property maintenance of homes we build and manage. Various tasks including mowing lawns, spring clean up, assist carpenters occasionally with construction items, minor repairs and more. Must be RELIABLE and have reliable transportation along with a working cell phone able to text. Clean criminal history and neat appearance. Safety is priority. We do not manage properties in high crime areas or problem areas. Some of the images in this ad will describe some of the work we need help with. Experience with a Zero Turn mower is also helpful! Must be organized and able to to follow basic instructions. It is important that you can work well independently AND with others when necessary.
