Looking to hire a handyman/remodeler for my flip in St Cloud. Looking for experienced, clean background, sober and drug free with a good neat appearance only. Must have reliable transportation and be serious to work. I have people coming to bid instead, or making exciting promises and not showing and much more shows here. I have all larger tools.
