It is a whirlwind, full of the buzz of technology, hustle and distraction. ...but that is not all there is, is it? Surely there is more. Perhaps it can be found in Nature. Back to our roots. Let's sneak away from it all for a weekend, shall we? Let's slow down. Move a bit. Breathe fresh air. Disconnect from our connections to the everyday. Connect with one another. Connect with the trees, our roots, our breath, mind and body... Afterall, we must first Root in order to Rise. Join Transient Yoga leaders Courtney Wolfe and Stacy Preciado and the wonderful TY community, right in our own backyard for a weekend getaway at Oak Openings Metropark. Your ticket includes 2 full nights in the Cannaley Treehouse Village, 4 healthy meals and snacks, glorious yoga sessions, various opportunities to connect with nature through hiking, resting, a silent evening forest bathing hike.... :) In addition to yoga, special guests Erika Peters (Pura Vida Wellness and Yoga) and Margo Hertzfeld (Rosy Glow Wellness Therapies) will cleanse and calm our busy minds with a meditative Soundbath and educational Make n Take Aromatherapy class.
