Join us biweekly to build strength, mobility, and power throughout your entire lower body and core. Whether you’re looking for pre-season conditioning for biking, hiking, kayaking, and other summer sports or general injury prevention, this class will securely challenge you using evidence-based methods with a qualified strength coach.
With all participants being masked when inside our healthcare facility and maximizing outdoor training when weather permits, this small group setting (up to 12 people total) optimizes safety as well as results.
60-minute classes begin on May 2nd and recur every Monday & Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm at CorePhysio’s flagship clinic at 1825 Grant St, Bellingham, WA.
This unique course includes 16 classes with fun and challenging research-based exercise programming taught by Luke Galloway, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which runs from May 2nd to June 23rd, 2022.
