Cabinet Cures of MA - a cabinet refacing and refinishing company - is looking to hire an installer with at least 2 years of general carpentry experience. This is not an entry level position. Responsibilities will include: cabinet refacing, installation of decorative trim and crown molding on kitchen cabinets, and limited work with building and installing cabinets. Previous experience with cabinets and refacing/refinishing is a plus but not a must. We specialize in both refacing and refinishing cabinets with a unique process. We are seeking individuals with great work ethic, who can communicate and interact with customers in a professional manner, and who are able to work independently and in a team environment. Requirements for this position are: • Must be open to be trained to install with our process and be detail oriented • Must have experience and be very comfortable with the safe operation of Table Saw, Mitre saw, Finish nail guns and other power tools • Work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment • Possess great customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly • Work independently to finish projects in customer’s homes or work in a team environment • Must be open to working more than 40 hours/week • Valid driver's license with clean record • Must pass background and drug test • Must have reliable transportation We provide all necessary tools and offer great benefits including paid vacation, sick, holidays. Compensation ranges from $25 - $30/hour to start with room for quick advancement based on experience and performance.
