Hello and thank you for taking the time to open this job posting! I am a 35 year old entrepreneur running 2 businesses that is in need of help around the home once per week for a full day. This will be mostly for help with household items in Weymouth, but I could use help around my business in Boston from time to time too. Responsibilities Include: 1. Wash, Fold and Put away Laundry. 2. Running errands. 3 Light Cleaning and Putting Dishes Away. I have a regular cleaning person that comes every 1-2 weeks. I'd like the kitchen and baths quickly wiped down and and a spot mop of the floors to help maintain between the cleaners visits. 4. Help Troubleshooting / calling manufacturer when household items break. Ex: Ice maker is broken and need to reach out to Samsung, Smart Sprinkler system not working and needs troubleshooting. 5. Help Organizing areas in the home. Ex. basement, cabinets, outdoor storage areas. 6. Boat Cleaning during Summer months. 7. Vacuum 2 cars and interior wipe down. 8. Water Plants 9. Light yard work. Weeding. 10. Taking excess Card board boxes to the dump or to the dumpster at my business. 11. Maintaining chemicals in hot tub once/week. I can show you how to do this. (less important) 12. Help walking dog. (less important. I have a dog walker on some days too) It's likely that some other things may come up with it being a new position and would be nice to hire an open minded person. I am looking for an easy to get along with, reliable person that has a license. If there are 1-2 items on the list that you don't want to take on please still apply and we can discuss. $20/hr. One 8 hour day per week, ideally Thursday. I am flexible and could make other days work. This also could be split into two, 4 hour shifts if this would work better with your schedule.
