Flags will be flown on the Shelton Riverwalk from May 29 - June 15 The Derby-Shelton Rotary announces the first annual "Flags for Heroes" event from May 29th - June 15th. Who are the heroes in your life? Are they active service members, veterans, first responders, essential workers, teachers, doctors, nurses, coaches.....Please consider sponsoring flags in honor of those heroes who have made an impact on your life! A celebration ceremony will be held on the Shelton Riverwalk on June 11th 11am - 1pm for our heroes and sponsors!
