This is not a lecture but a fun/interactive/educational experience Seminar will be interactive= "not a lecture". Seminar is intended to be "Fun/entertaining/informative" The format will be like "Trivial Pursuit", = questions will be asked, and prizes given for the correct answer. All questions will lead to a topic related to health and nutrition. You do not need a science background. Most of the questions will not seem like they are science related but they will lead to a health/nutrition theme. I've used this format for an older Veteran's group and they have no science background and it went very well. If you have a science background=great!! We encourage feedback and your input. At Each seminar I will give you an actionable takeaway that you can use that day that hopefully will improve your health/life.
