Join us for the 13th Annual Great Saw Mill River Cleanup! The rain date for this event is April 30th. Join us for our 13th Annual Great Saw Mill River Cleanup! The rain date for this event is April 30th. Walsh Road & War Memorial Field site: This site runs along the Saw Mill River on both sides: War Memorial Field and Walsh Road in Yonkers. Parking is available at the War Memorial Field (Glenn Park) parking lot on Copcutt Ln. From the parking lot take the pedestrian bridge over the river to get to Walsh Rd and then turn left on Walsh Rd to get to the sign in table. Site supervisor: Joel Rodriguez Wear sturdy shoes (NO FLIP-FLOPS!), wear long pants, bring gloves if you have them. Bring water. We'll have equipment, trash bags, and gloves.
