I am looking for someone to come take a look at a handful of miscellaneous house fixes. I'm looking to list my house this week. Not large projects, but there are multiple. One example is I need railings on deck secured to my house. Just a bracket. some peel and stick put down in certain areas, and misc bathroom fixes. Maybe a new toilet ring and some yard work.
