East Haven police logs, Dec. 2 to Dec. 8: Dec. 4 Gina Mariano, 26, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening. Dec. 7 Victor Formica, 50, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Dec. 8 Cynthia Ann Ferretti, 57, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
