Join your friends at Fjällräven Boulder for an Earth Day celebration with plogging, coffee, an in-store plant sale, and more! This Earth Day, Fjällräven Boulder will be giving back to the community by donating to Tree-Plenish, a campaign working with local Boulder County students that are aiming to plant 1,200 trees in the area impacted by the recent Marshall Fire. Fjällräven will donate $5 for every participant which will cover the tree sapling provided by Tree-Plenish -- joining them in their mission of bringing the community back together after such a tragedy, as well as inspiring action to combat climate change. Additionally, Fjällräven Boulder will be hosting participants for a plogging event that will include cleaning up trash around the Boulder Creek with a provided reusable plogging kit, enjoying coffee and juice provided by Wonder, an in-store plant shopping experience, and a private opportunity to shop at Fjällräven with exclusive discounts. Their goal is to plant over 1,200 saplings in and around Boulder County on Earth Day: April 22, 2022. This event aims to bring our community together and rebuild after the Marshall Fire, and we hope to inspire more action against climate change. For every attendee Fjällräven will be donating $5 to support their goal. If you would like to have an additional impact, you can help out by ordering an Eastern Redbud, Red Oak, or Blue Spruce sapling for your yard, spreading the word to others around the community, and signing up to volunteer. Plogging Plogging is a combination of jogging and picking up litter along the way (merging the Swedish verbs plocka upp (pick up) and jogga (jog)! Though feel free to walk if you prefer! Each person who participates will be entered to win an annual National Parks Pass.
