May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Join WBL for a special event focusing on improving your mental wellness and setting boundaries.
For many women, it can be hard to set boundaries and make time for self-care, especially those that juggle work, home, parenting, caretaking, and everything in between. But, when we don’t set boundaries, we sacrifice our mental health. When we don’t pay attention to our mental health, we experience professional and parental burnout. Sometimes this happens and we don’t even know it until it’s too late.
Hosted by the WBL Neponset Valley Chapter, in this talk, our panel of professionals will help you recognize the signs of burnout, and share critical tools that you can use to avoid burnout from taking over. You’ll learn ways to actually set boundaries and improve your mental wellness.
