East Haven police logs, Dec. 9 to 15: Dec. 9 Angelo Riccio, 57, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Xavier Santiago, 34, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree reckless endangerment, and second-degree breach of peace. Dec. 10 Maryellen Swift, 60, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Dec. 11 Pedro Damian Luna-Sanchez, 21, of East Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment. Dec. 14 Bruce N.
