Fireside Flower Moon (May full moon) Meditation/Ceremony with 5inch selenite wand gift and s’mores! Join Julie Aronis of Little Elephant Yoga at the lovely Chip-in Farm to enjoy the peacefulness of an outside full moon meditation. The full moon is said to heighten the activity of the mind, amplifying conscious thoughts as well as pulling sub-conscious ones to the surface/conscious mind. This can awaken one's spirituality, making it particularly beneficial to participate in a full moon meditation. May brings the first burst of floral blooms, making the flower moon full of invigorating energy. It bounced out of the motivation of April’s pink moon and basks us in a refreshed and recharged light, perfect for lightening and uplifting our spirits. We will start the evening off with toasting marshmallows for a s’more. After we enjoy our s’more we’ll do a few seated gentle stretches. We will do a little bit of journaling (for your eyes only. Then we will begin our meditation, it will be part guided visualization. **Please bring a pen and paper, a small jar or container of water and a flower or flowers (any kind you’re able to get your hands on, even dandelions). ** **No meditation experience necessary. You are encouraged to bring your own camp or beach chair, blanket or towel to sit on. Choose what would make you the most comfortable! Bug spray is a good idea I’m told May isn’t too bad, but better to be safe. Dress comfortably and weather appropriate.** Sadly this event will be canceled if it rains, you will be refunded if event is canceled. Each person attending will receive a 5” selenite wand ( Selenite is named after the Greek Goddess of the Moon, Selene and will help you unleash your own natural goddess energy. It gently nurtures your soul and helps you open up your heart so that you can connect on a spiritual level. It brings lunar light to your ritual, emitting gentle vibrations of peace, harmony and truth. Selenite will help you to dispel negative thoughts as you speak your cleansing affirmations.)
