We are looking to hire an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our 100-unit community in Thomasville, NC. If you are available to start work immediately please reach out today!! Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. You will be responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service is required and you must have at least 2 years apartment maintenance experience. You will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. You must have experience with apartment property maintenance & unit turns. Duties include but not limited to: • Electrical • Plumbing • Carpentry • Appliance repair • Cleaning up the grounds • Painting and Dry Wall Repair • Other duties as assigned Pay is dependent on experience.
