Reiki Level I is for anyone who wants to learn and experience energy healing for self healing or to assist others on their healing journey. Have you ever been curious about learning Reiki? Would you like to learn how to give Reiki to yourself? Or be able to use Reiki medicine on your friends, family, kids and pets? This certification will be in-person and consist of a 7 hour day at the beautiful Yoga Kula in Berkeley from 12:00 - 7:00 PM taught by Reiki Masters, Melissa Harel and Adriana Parrish. We will be teaching Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho, Western and Japanese Lineages. Meet like-minded souls, learn all about the history of Usui Reiki, the Reiki hand placements and learn about the chakra system. Please Note: We will be tapping into your energy field. To enhance the Reiki energy it is best for your body to be in a natural state of balance. To get the most out of the class it is recommended to not consume alcohol and/or drugs for at least 3 days prior to the class. Get a good nights rest, eat healthy foods and drink at least 8 glasses of water.
