In this 2 hour workshop, participants will make flaky buckwheat pastry dough, then roll, fill and assemble a strawberry pie to take and bake at home. Baking will be demonstrated.
This pie is a celebration of Spring with locally grown grain and produce. The buckwheat flour is sourced regionally from a stone mill in Arkansas and is organic. We will be creating a flour blend that does contain gluten.
