My company is hiring lawn care and landscape maintenance workers. Experience preferred but will train enthusiastic, punctual and hard working individuals. Valid Drivers License preferred but can work around that if candidate as very punctual ride arrangements to and from shop. Also looking to hire a "Right hand man"/Crew Leader. Experience a must for these positions as well as valid license. Our company does a lot of mowing and landscape maintenance and light landscaping projects. Candidates should be familiar with zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers etc. And more highly qualified candidates will be familiar with shrub trimmers and other power tools commonly used in this industry. Our main services are mowing, fertilization and weed control programs (must have special licenses and certifications for this position), trimming bushes and shrubs, laying mulch and rock, spring clean-ups, fall clean-ups, etc. These positions offer 40 - 60+ hours per week. Our typical workdays Mon-Fri are from approximately 8AM - 6-7PM. Saturday Hours are typically 10AM - 5:30 PM. These hours are subject to daily change due to weather conditions and other factors. Sunday is generally an off day unless we are forced to work to make up for bad weather or other situations that find us behind schedule. Starting pay is $12.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience, maturity, etc. Candidates will get a raise after the first 30 days if all is going well. There will also be an end of the season bonus for candidates who stay with us the entire year until the end of the season and meet certain benchmarks and other reasonable expectations.
