On September 29th, Nicholas Cannard broke into my home and stole my tiny senior Chihuahua. The Clackamas County DA has issued a felony warrant for his arrest. She is 4 pounds, medium length hair, black, white, tan and merle. Her name is Pikachu. I'm offering a $500 reward for information leading to her safe return and arrest of Mr Cannard. Please share the flyer with all your pet friends. Call the police if you have any information. Contact info is on the flyer. She could be anywhere. Thank you
