Ran-Mar / Village Homes Construction is looking for an EXPERIENCED Truck Driver / Laborer in the excavation & construction trade. Must have reliable transportation, CDL Class A or B Required. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): • Truck Driving, Operating and Transporting Equipment & Mobile Homes. • Hand Shoveling for building and trench excavation. • Operating mechanical tampers for back filling excavation. • Assisting foreman with survey staking. • Assisting operators with equipment maintenance. • Assist with installation and maintenance of septic systems and erosion control measures. • Assist with installation of water & sewer lines. • General site work and maintenance Best to apply in person.
