We are in search of a dependable part-time caretaker for the season to take care of the tasks below. Spring Yard work: Leaf blow out beds and remove debris Leaf blow/rake yard of pinecones/debris Clean out culverts to ensure proper water flow Add mulch and or top soil to flower beds (not every year) Summer Yard work: Mow lawn as needed (usually we get to every 7 to 10 days in July//Aug). Mulch mow or remove clippings Weed whack around flower beds, walk ways, and the hill side a couple times per year Odd jobs Once in a while we may need some light carpentry or something fixed. This would not include electrical or serious plumbing issues. If we have a big storm we may need you to swing by the property to check things out. Fall Clean Up: Raking up the leaves, blowing out the beds and removing the debris from the property.
