Homeowner Looking for AVAILABLE, RELIABLE,AND EXPERIENCED contractor, handyman, flooring person,
or cabinet refinisher for various work.
1) Ceramic countertop and backsplash removed and disposed
2) Floor ceramic and plywood under, removed and disposed
3) Vinyl flooring put in
4) Cabinet refinisher--- experience with vinyl wrapped painted cabinets
5) Sills on two picture windows replaced
6" Stair sanding & varnish ---must have equipment with attached hepa or some sort of dust containment system
I am working on various renovation projects but, these need to be done first, can only work with someone who has the time and experience. As I need the above work done now. Future work involves changing out doors, there flooring work, painting, bathroom work, and other.
Due to my work schedule, I am not able to call the many people who will respond,,till reviewing all responses.
